The Foundation: Colour Trading Basics

Before applying any strategy, you must understand the basic mechanics. Each round results in Red, Green, or Violet. Red and Green pay 2× your bet (roughly 45% chance each), while Violet pays 4.5× (roughly 10% chance).

The house edge is approximately 5%. Your goal as a strategy player is to reduce the impact of that edge through disciplined bankroll management and pattern recognition.

Strategy 1: The Martingale System

The Martingale is the most well-known colour trading strategy. You double your bet after every loss so that the first win recovers all previous losses plus a profit equal to your original bet.

How to Apply Martingale in Colour Trading

  1. Start with a base bet (e.g., ₹10)
  2. If you lose, double your bet (₹10 → ₹20 → ₹40 → ₹80…)
  3. When you win, go back to the base bet
  4. Set a maximum of 6 doublings before stopping (prevents total bankroll wipe)

Round 110Lose+₹10₹10
Round 220Lose+₹10₹30
Round 340Lose+₹10₹70
Round 480Win+₹10₹150
Round 510 (reset)

Risk: A long losing streak (7+ in a row) can exhaust your capital. Always set a hard stop at 5-6 doublings.

Strategy 2: The Fibonacci System

The Fibonacci strategy uses the famous sequence (1, 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 13, 21…) to determine your bet size. It's more conservative than Martingale but recovers losses more slowly.

How to Apply Fibonacci in Colour Trading

  1. Assign ₹10 to each unit in the sequence
  2. Start at position 1 (₹10 bet)
  3. Move one step forward after a loss
  4. Move two steps back after a win

Strategy 3: The D'Alembert System

D'Alembert is the most conservative progression system. You increase your bet by one unit after a loss and decrease by one unit after a win.

How to Apply D'Alembert

  1. Set your base unit to ₹10
  2. Start with ₹10
  3. Add ₹10 after each loss
  4. Subtract ₹10 after each win (minimum ₹10)

Strategy 4: Trend Following (Pattern Analysis)

This strategy doesn't use a progression system — instead, you observe the last 10-15 results and bet with the dominant colour.

The 3-Consecutive Rule

If the same colour appears 3 times in a row, bet on the opposite colour for the next round. Statistical reversion means long same-colour streaks are rare.
